Instruct the user that there must always
be water (over the level of the hose) in
the customer provided grease
collection container (metal bucket).
Otherwise, the Closed System will not
function.
Without this water, the moisture
regulation will be influenced, which will
change the cooking results in the
Steaming, Superheated Steam and
Regeneration programmes.

Assemble the combi steamer (Grilling
version) onto an open or closed stand
→
.
– Screw the hose connection tightly
onto the threaded bolts of the
grease drain under the unit floor.
– Lead the hose underneath into the
grease collection container (for
example a metal bucket).
– Fill approx. 5 cm of water into the
grease collection container, so that
the opening of the hose is under
water (water or liquid). Make sure
that the flow to the grease collection
container is clear. No kinks in the
hose!

Assemble a combi steamer onto a
closed stand
→
proceed as follows:
– Screw the hose connection tightly
onto the threaded bolts of the
grease drain under the unit floor.
– Screw the hose with the hose
connection onto the pipe bend
tightly.
– Lead the hose sideways into the
grease collection container.
– Fill approx. 5 cm of water into the
grease collection container, so that
the opening of the hose is under
water (water or liquid). Make sure
that the flow to the grease collection
container is clear. No kinks in the
hose!
Attention:
•
It is not authorized to operate the unit
as follows when the
drain plug on the
grease drain is open :
– without a tight connection on the
grease drain.
– when the liquid drains into an open
container underneath the unit.
– without sufficient water in the
customer provided grease collection
container.
•
Damage caused by improper
installation invalidate any claims
against the guarantee.
•
Note that when water is sprayed into
hot grease, it can lead to burning.
