You can avoid most problems by following the recommended installation and maintenance
procedures outlined in this User Guide. If you do have a problem, this section will help you
determine what caused it and how to fix it.
Before you remove the side panels of the dryer be sure to:

Diagnose causes from the control
panel.

Navigate to the Alarm Log Screen.
The
alarm log lists the alarms that have been
registered as well as the date and time of
the alarm.

Address the alarm message and fix the problem.
(Refer to the alarm descriptions later
in this section.)

Press the Alarm History button to view a history of alarms, or press the Silence and
Ack All Alarms button to acknowledge the alarms.
If the alarm reappears, the prob-
lem was not fixed.

Find the wiring and equipment diagrams that were shipped with your dryer. These di-
agrams are the best reference for correcting a problem. The diagrams also will note
any custom features, such as special wiring or alarm capabilities, not covered in this
