6. Using a 2mm hex key, remove the six screws securing the housing around the integrator (
Figure 5-66
).
7. Remove the housing.
8. Remove the two (3mm hex) rotational integrator adjustment screws (
Figure 5-67
).
9. Slide the integrator rod back and tilt to remove from the casing.
10. Reverse the above steps to install. Ensure the
integrator rod lines up with the slots in the casing
(

).
NOTE:
Ensure the exit face of the
integrator is flush with the output aperture.
11. Power up the projector and adjust the integrator,
relay lens and fold mirror for proper aperture focus
and alignment. For details, refer to the
3.3
Integrator Alignment, on page 3-3
and
3.2 Fold
Mirror Alignment, on page 3-2
.
NOTE:
If
necessary, adjust the integrator to remove any
shadows. For details, refer to
Appendix B: Overfill
.
