6. Remove the two M5 screws securing the AC line filter on the inside of the projector housing.

7. Remove the two M3 screws securing the AC line filter on the outside of the projector housing.

8. Disconnect the two harnesses from the 220V AC line filter. (

9. Use a #1 Phillips
™
to remove the 2 screws securing the AC line filter to the rear skin frame.
10. Reverse the above steps to install the 220V AC line filter.
A/C Selector Switch
UV HAZARD!
Always wear protective safety clothing and a face shield when performing
service with the safety shield removed and a lamp installed.
1. Disconnect the AC power cord.
2. Unlock the rear access door.
3. Remove the top lid. Refer to
5.5.5 Top Lid, on page 5-7

4. Remove the safety shield. Refer to
5.5.12 Safety Shield, on page 5-10
.
5. Remove rear access door skin. Refer to
5.5.8 Rear Access Door Skin, on page 5-8
.
6. Remove the two M5 screws securing the AC line filter on the inside of the projector housing.

7. Remove the two M3 screws securing the AC line filter on the outside of the projector housing.

8. Use a #1 Phillips™ to remove the two screws securing the AC selector switch to the rear skin frame.
9. Reverse the above steps to install the AC selector switch.

Cardcage and LVPS Compartment

5.6.1 Cardcage Module
The cardcage module consists of the PIB, ICP, Link Decrypter and Backplane.

1. Remove the top lid. Refer to
5.5.5 Top Lid, on page 5-7

2. Remove the high security lid. Refer to
5.5.6 High Security Lid, on page 5-7

3. Remove the LEQD. For details, refer to
