Shut the 802.1x function of switch

Open the 802.1x function of switch

Setting the max-request no.
dot1x max-req <max-request no.>
example: Switch(aaa)#dot1x max-req 3
Note: The max-request no. must be between 3 And 2147483647

Setting the max-user no. of per port can support.
dot1x max-user <port no.>
example: Switch(aaa)#dot1x max-user 1
Max Hosts: 10
Note: This command is DOS prompt type, for S, the max-user no. can’t be more then 20.
Setting of switch’s reauthenticate
dot1x reauthenticate
example: Switch(aaa)#dot1x reauthenticate enable
Note:There is only “enable” and “disable” for choice, “enable” denote the function open, and “disable” denote the function
close
Setting the time of overtime of switch
dot1x timeout <overtime style> < time of overtime>
example: Switch(aaa)#dot1x timeout reauth-period 1200
Note: Overtime have 4 style, ”quiet-period”,” reauth-period”,”server-timeout”,”tx-period”
“quiet-period” denote the time which user authenticate failed and reauthenticate, the overtime term must be between 0s
and 2147483647s; “reauth-period” denote the time which reauthenticate by 2 times, the overtime term must be between 0s
and 2147483647s; “sever-timeout” denote the time which the overtime of Radius not answer, the overtime term must be
between 0s and 2147483647s; “tx-period” denote the time which the overtime of request to authenticate the user name and
pass words,the overtime termmust be between 0s and 2147483647s.
