“ 111 The Practical Oil Temperature Is Too High at Sector 2 “
(A)If the actual barrel temperature is higher than the computer setting temperature
plus the high temperature deviation in menu 20, the alarm will show. The injection
operation can be done in auto mode, but the plasticizing and decompression can
not. There is no limitation in manual mode.
(B)Remedy:
a)
Please check whether the heater junction is short-circuited and check if heat slide
touches the ground.
b)
Please adjust the T2 temperature deviation in menu 20.
