ROAD TRANSPORT
Requirements for road travel
NOTE: Some components may not match your machine.
(Specific to certain countries) Install all the mechanical locking systems in compliance with legal requirements.
Make sure your machine is in conformance with local legislation.
See figure 1 .
•
(1) License places: Before undertaking any road travel,
make sure that the licence plates are clean.
•
(2) Loader bucket teeth guard: Attachment by spring
and hook on the loader bucket.
•
(3) Loader attachment boom tie-down strap: When
travelling or transporting the machine on the road, it
guarantees that the loader attachment boom is se-
cured to the frame.
•
(4) Loader bucket retaining: Consisting of a forked rod
linking the loader bucket to the bucket link.
•
(5) Loader attachment lifting cylinder locking: Raise the
attachment sufficiently to be able to install the lock on
the boom cylinder rod and fasten it by means of the
appropriate flip. Slowly lower the attachment to enable
the cylinder to come into contact with the lock and stop
it.
•
(6) Rotating beacon: The rotating beacon must be
placed on the cab roof, with the cable connected to
one of the sockets mounted above the cab doors.
•
(7) Telescopic dipper locking pin (if fitted): Pace the pin
and the retaining pin in the locked position.
•
(8) Backhoe bucket retaining: consisting of a retaining
belt locking the backhoe bucket to the hook located in
the rear side of the frame.
•
(9) Backhoe attachment lock: install the pin in the lock-
ing bar.
•
(10) Stabilizer strap: (side shift version): fastens the
stabilizer pads to the frame columns.
•
(11) Warning panel: it is fastened to the bucket by
means of clips.
