6. Make sure the “auto ride control” system

(if fitted)
is turned off and that the switch lamp is not alight.
7. Start the engine.
8. Press down on the ground with the bucket until the
front wheels are no longer supporting the weight of the
machine.
9. (Specific to certain countries) use the pin to lock the
loader attachment controls.

10. Turn the seat round to the backhoe attachment posi-
tion and adjust it correctly.
11. Accelerate and run the engine at the required speed.
12. Lower the stabilizers slightly, leaving the rear wheels
in contact with the ground.
13. Place the backhoe attachment in line with the ma-
chine.
NOTICE:
Before swinging the backhoe attachment,
ensure that no person is within its working range.
