If you have forgotten the user name or the password, you can initialize the HDMA-
4000. Once the HDMA-4000 is initialized, the user name will be [admin] with no
password set. Once the HDMA-4000 is initialized, start it up in the normal operation
mode.
(1) To initialize the HDMA-4000, enter the following:
