To Create or Edit a Play List…
1.
To create or edit a play list, follow the directions in the table:
To do this…
Do this…
Create a new play list
Choose
File-New Play List. If you
made any changes to the currently
open play list, you will be prompted
to save the changes.
Open an existing play list
Choose
File-Open Play List, choose
the file you want, and click Open.
Add files to the play list
Choose
File-Add Files to Play List,
Edit-Insert, or click the Insert button
to open the Add Files to Play list
dialog box, and then select one or
more files from the list. The files you
select are inserted into the play list
before the current file in the list.
Move a file
Drag the file to a new location in the
list.
Copy a file to another location
in the play list
Ctrl-drag the file to the location
where you want the copy.
Edit the play list
Use the standard
Edit menu
commands (
Cut, Copy, Paste, and
Delete) to edit the play list.
Remove a File from the
play list
Select the file in the list and click the
Delete button.
Save the play list
Choose
File-Save, or choose File-
Save As and enter a new file name.
Find a specific file in the play
list
Choose
Edit-Find, type the first few
letters of the file name, and click OK.
The play list moves to the first
matching file. Choose
Edit-Repeat
Last Find (or press F3) to find the
next matching file.
