Timed Out
The Inactivity/Watchdog has timed out and may have transitioned to this state if the

Deferred Delete
If the Connection Object is of Explicit Message Connection type (see Attribute 2) and
the Inactivity/Watchdog has timed out, the Connection may transition to this state if the
