Terms and Conditions
Biffi guarantees each single product to be free from defects and to conform to current
goods specifications. The warranty period is one year from the date of installation by
the first user, or eighteen months from the date of shipment to the first user, whichever
occurs first.
No warranty is given for products or components (such as electric or pneumatic
mechanisms) manufactured by third-party companies, or for goods which have been
subject to misuse, improper installation, corrosion, or which have been modified or
repaired by unauthorized personnel. Repair work due to improper use will be charged at
standard rates.
