6.4.  Troubleshooting 

6.4.1.  No network connection 

 

Check the cabling / switch. 

 

Check whether an IP address has been duplicated. 

 

Check the network settings on the PC: The subnet and the subnet mask settings must be the 
same as those for the controller. 

 

Check the firewall / anti-virus programs on the PC. 

 

Check the Lifeguard settings. 

 

6.4.2.  In error stop mode DC2115WUX CM / DC2110W X CM 

1st 

Log in to the device via a web browser. 

2nd 

Determine the cause of the fault (Diagnostics > PLC Log/System Log). 

3rd 

Correct the fault. 

4th 

Restart the device (press “Reset” on the device). 

The device is now ready for use.
