LOWER BASE REMOVAL
Remove:
• the screw
• the screw
• the screws
• the counter-shaft lid
• the counter-shaft lid gasket

Remove:
• the screws
Loosen each screw by ¼ of a turn at a time,
repeatedly following, in decreasing numerical order,
the sequence shown in the figure.
After having completely loosened all screws, remove
them.
• the lower base

ATTENTION
Hit one side of the base with a rubber hammer.
Only hit the reinforced parts of the base, not the
coupling surfaces.
Work slowly and carefully to ensure that the two
halves of the base evenly separate.
Overturn:
• the engine
