Digit Maps
The Digit Maps page sets the short code function of the voice prompt. When entering the
setting page, the set short code and three sets of blank short code setting fields will be
displayed, as explained below.

Digit
Enter the short code of the voice prompt. When the auto-attendent is played by
the voice prompt, if the caller presses the digit to match the short code, the
destination selected function is executed.
The option of destination : Hangup

Conference Room and description as below.
Hangup
End of IVR service, hangup the call.
Voicemail
Forward to voicemail, “Dialed Ext.”. the call will be forwarded
to the voicemail when the dialed extension is no answer. If
the caller didn’t key in any digit, then play error operation
voice prompt.
IVR
Forward to IVR.
Ring Group
The call will be return back to the IVR if dialed ring group is no
answer.
Extension
The call will be return back if the dialed extension is no
answer.
Queue
Forward to queue.
Time Condition
Set processing according to time conditions.
Conference Room
Forward to tele-conference room.
Forward To
Forward to trunk line (set outbound route code+outbound
telephone number).
