Delete the Conference Room
Select the checkbox in front of the conference room in the list and click the “Delete” button to
delete the conference room. If you select the checkbox in the header field, all meeting rooms
will be deleted.

Time Conditions
The page shows all time condition accounts in a page, with 20 records per page.
Click the “ADD” button to add the time condition. Click the “Edit” button in the extension list to
edit the time condition. Click the page number button above the list to shift the time condition
data of other pages.

Add/Modify the Time Condition
The page shows the detailed setting fields of the time conditions. The user will set according to
the planning and requirements. After completing, click “Submit” to submit, or click “Cancel” to
return to the time condition list page.
