Greeting Recordings
The operation of this page to manage the prompts of functions such as IVR, Queue..., etc.,
please pay attention to the page information during operation. These recording files applied to
each function will affect whether the system Dial plan can operate correctly and guide the
incoming calls. Correct operation to avoid malfunction.

Modify System Recordings
This section is used to add new system recording files. Once the file is added, you can find it in
the prompts menu for each function.
Adding a system recording file requires two steps. The first step is to select the step 1 to upload
the recording file or the step 2 to use the phone to operate the function code *68 to record the
audio file. Step 2: Select the uploaded or recorded audio file, enter the file name you want to
name, and click the “Name It” button to submit, as shown below.
