This page sets the ringing extension, maximum 15 extensions.

None : non selected extension.

Destination If No Answer/Busy

At this page defines the system to handle the call if the called extension is no answer or busy.

The options description as below:
Hangup

hangup the call.

Voicemail

forward to voicemail, “Dialed Ext.” voicemail of the prevois called
extension.

IVR

forward to IVR.

Ring Group

forward to ring group extension.

Extension

forward to extension.

Queue

forward the incoming call on queue.

Time Condition

Processing according to time conditions.

Conference Room
Forward To

forward to trunk line, and set forwarded outbound line
number( outbound trunk code + forwarded telephone number).

Delete the Ring Group

Select the checkbox in front of the ringing group in the list and click the “Delete” button to

delete the ringing group. All ring groups will be deleted if there selected the checkbox in the

header field.
