Add/Modify the IVR
The page shows the detailed setting section of the auto voice prompt. The user will set
according to the planning and requirements. After completing, click “Submit” to submit, or click
“Cancel” to return to the IVR list page.

At this page sets the basic operating parameters of auto voice prompt, as described below.

Name
The name of auto-attendent voice prompt.
Recording Number
Auto-attendent voice prompt recording and operation code
Language
English, Chinese.
Menu Repeat Times
To set welcome greeting prompt play times.
Key Interval Time
Key digit interval time, when the key digit exceeds this time to
determined the key digit ends.
Waiting Digit Timeout
When the voice prompt is played, wait for the wait time of the
caller's key input. At the end of the time, the greeting is
repeated or the next process is entered.
Enable Directory
Set whether to activate the phone book function. The caller can
use the method of entering the name to let the system query
the name list of the extension account to dial the extension.

Set whether to enable the extension direct dial function.
