Proceed as follows.

to stop the cooking cycle and
deactivate the appliance.
The light

comes on.
2 - Press the key

The value of the hours on the display
(A)
will
start to flash.
3 - Press one of the keys
(F-G)
to increase or de-
crease the value, until the required value is ob-
tained.
4 - Press the key
(D)
to save the new value dis-
played.
The value of the minutes on the display
(A)
will
start to flash.
5 - Press one of the keys
(F-G)
to increase or de-
crease the value, until the required value is ob-
tained.
6 - Press the key
(D)
to save the new value dis-
played. After a few seconds the appliance
switches to stand-by mode.
CURRENT TIME SETTING
This procedure is used to set a temperature thresh-
old at which a buzzer is triggered.
Proceed as follows.
1 - Press the key
(C)
to start the oil heating phase
and the display
(A)
will show the cooking tem-
perature.
2 - Press the keys
(F-G)
to increase or decrease
the values shown on the display (30÷190°C).
3 - Wait about 4 seconds for the new value set to
be saved.
4 - Press the keys
(F-G)
together and the display
(A) will show the oil temperature in the cooking
well.
Important
During the cooking cycle the value shown
on the display (A) flashes if the temperature
of the oil in the well is less than that set, or
remains constantly on if the temperature is
at or above the set level.
