Chapter 11

Running a Fiber Autotest

Starting the Fiber Autotest

Make sure that you have attached the correct fiber test probes and configured the
proper settings.

To start an Autotest from the Fiber Main Menu screen, press

Autotest

This brings up the Fiber Autotest Setup screen. If you need to, you can review
settings from this screen before you start the Autotest. Press

again or

Start

Test

The procedures for running a single ended and double ended fiber autotests
differ slightly as the following sections describe.
