2. In the Stack Settings area, type a new value for the parameter you
want to change.

Home robot after protocol run finishes
if you want the robot
to return to its home position after the protocol run is finished.
4. Optional . To change the speed, click Speed Settings. See “Changing
the robot speed” on page 108 for instructions.
5. When you are finished making the changes, click
OK
to apply and
save the new setting values.
Setting Comment
Plate presence threshold The value above which a plate is
considered present at the plate-
presence sensor. This value is
applied to all the sensors in all the
stacks.
Rack sensor threshold The value above which a rack is
considered present at the rack-
presence sensor.
Low pressure threshold (psi) The value at or below which the
system will display a low-pressure
warning.
Note: If you set this value too low,
the device could drop microplates
without generating a low air-
pressure warning. Velocity11
recommends that you set the
threshold at 20 psi.
