hardware
response
function

limit

prior

scanning

the
hardware

noted
that

hardware
response
function
only
can
stop
pulse
in
instant
mode.
Therefore,
the
instant
stop
mode
may
cause
mechanical
vibration
if
the
speed
is
too
high.
While
software
scanning
mode
uses
maximum
acceleration
mode
and
decelerates
according
to
the
maximum
acceleration
set
to
every
axis
by
the
user
(parameter
P2.074~077),
and
therefore
overshot
will
occur.
