Usage Guideline
This command (
type
) is applied only to the E&M voice port.
E&M type 1, 2, 3, and 5 of the AP2520 router is made through hardware jumper
setting. Unless administrators/users visually check hardware jumper setting,
they cannot check the operation type. To solve this problem,
administrators/users can use “
type
” command and add description of the
operation method to the router setup file. After this operation, the router
administrator can check the operation status of the E&M voice port using the
router setup file checking command.
For hardware jumper setting, refer to “Jumper Setting of E&M Module” of
“5.3.3.2 Setting E&M Port.”
