PCI slot
—Autodetect, Slot 1, Slot 2, or Slot 3. It is
recommended that you use the default setting,
Autodetect.

Network speed
—4 or 16 Mbps. This selection must
match the network speed, or an error will remove the
NIC from the network.
■
Advanced
—You can specify maximum packet size,
network address, and product ID. It is recommended
that you use the default settings.
The Network Setup dialog box appears.
8 Verify that
3Com TL 3C339 Adapter
is in the Installed
Adapter Cards list and that
3Com TokenLink Driver
is
in the Installed Network Software list, and click
OK
.
Configuration messages appear. The Network Settings
Change dialog box appears.
9 Remove the
TokenDisk
diskette from the floppy
drive and restart the computer.
This concludes the procedure for installing the driver for
Windows NT 3.51.
Windows NT 4.0
Follow this procedure to install the driver for
Windows NT 4.0. It is assumed that you are already
running Windows NT.
1 From the My Computer group, double-click the
Control Panel
icon.
2 From the Control Panel group, double-click the
Network
icon.
3 In the Network dialog box, click the Adapters tab.
4 In the Adapters tab, click
Add
.
