TIMESTAMP Field

The TIMESTAMP field contains the local time. The TIMESTAMP field
immediately follows the trailing > character of the PRI portion of the
Syslog packet.

Field Format

The format of the TIMESTAMP field is:

where the format is interpreted as follows:
