The machine/set stated below has been purchased by me. Within the scope of the handover of the machine/set, I was also hand-
ed over the operating instructions. I undertake to thoroughly and completely read the same before putting the machine into opera-
tion, to accord to the same when commissioning the machine / set, and to handle the machine/set according to the operating
instructions, and to hand the operating instructions over in the event of a resale together with the obligation to forward these oper-
ating instructions to the buyer. I am aware of the fact that any claim for warranty against the Ziegler GmbH can only be filed as
soon as the declaration at hand has been duly signed and completed, and forwarded to the Ziegler GmbH. I am furthermore
aware of the fact that, regardless of the return of the declaration at hand to the Ziegler GmbH, the warranty period will commence
at the point of time of the handover of the machine/set.
