Augers for Silage Corn (optional)
If lateral augers for silage crop are mounted on the right hand side
or on both sides, the actuation is performed hydraulically.
If the harvester itself disposes of a special connection for a hy-
draulic reel drive system, the same is also used for the actuation
of the silage corn augers. In this case the regulation of the speed
can be performed via the command:
„Reel Faster or Slower“
The deactivation can only be performed by either adjusting the
reel speed to „Zero“, or by separating the hydraulic connection.

Silage corn augers with in-vehicle drive system
If the harvester does not dispose of a hydraulic reel drive system,
the actuation of the silage corn augers is performed via a in-
vehicle system.
The arrangement of the pump (P), depending on the model, may
vary from the depicted diagram.
The retrofit of this additional installation can be performed at all
header with gear drive.

Hydraulic oil tank / Control system
The hydraulic oil tank (O) is mounted on the rear of the header
together with the control valve for the silage maize augers.
Filling Quantity: 7 litres hydraulic oil (standard)
Oil Exchange: Only after damage to the system

Control: The ON/OFF switching is performed via valve.
Individual switching left/right is not provided for.

Hydraulic pump
The pump actuation is performed via a V-belt from the crown
wheel shaft.
The belt must be tensioned by sliding the hydraulic pump.
When performing maintenance, shut down the diesel
motor!
Do not let the system run dry!
