43. Sunflower Kit

Strictly perform the following measures

Depending on the order, the corn header may be delivered with
completely mounted sunflower harvesting device.

For the corn harvesting, it is strictly necessary to perform the
following conversions:

Blade

Guide rail

Procedure



Loosen the tensioner (S)



Slide the diversion wheel (U) backwards



The inlet chains can now be removed



Loosen the screws of the chain guide and also remove
the picking plates



Mount the sunflower kit



Mount the inlet chain



Fixate the tensioner

Attention!
Depending on the harvesting conditions, respectively the
harvester/thresher model, it may be useful to reduce the
speed (see 47 Changing the Drive Speed)
