Knife carrier
In order to ensure for the safe operation of the chopper, it is
important to immediately exchange worn, bent, or damaged parts.
Attention: The blades run after for 2 minutes.
At all work at the machine, shut down the motor and activate
the lowering safeguard!
Wear according protective clothing.

Exchange of knives
When new knives are mounted, the knife sockets (M) must be
checked for wear and, if necessary, replaced.
Important: Exchange of knives only in pairs!

Chopper knife
Immediately exchange chopper knife if:

If the bore hole (D) shows the slightest sign of being
oval

If significant wear is detected at the section (V)
– influ-
ences the required force and chopping quality

If the knife is bent or has cracks
Only mount equal knives with respectively the same weight per
knife head (check the weight of the knives).
Never operate the chopper with only one or a damaged knife!
