Lamp replacement and calibration Corona process

Saving the distance correction

When the calibration of the default lamp is completed the correction file will
be saved in the following folder: “C:\ProgramData\ZEISS\OSIS\Device\...”

Note:

Transmit this *.zip file to ZEISS Service, see step “14 Transmit *.ini files

and *.zip file” on page 41.
