Closing the control
software
Close the
InProcess
control software.

Cut off the power supply
Cut off the power supply to the
Corona process
measuring system.

Set up ESD work station
Carry out the activities described below at an ESD work station.

Prepare spare parts
Prepare the following spare parts:
– Spare lamps, 2x, order no. 000000-2219-967
– Cable connector, screw-on, 1x
Note
Always replace both halogen lamps at once.

Prepare tools and materials
Prepare the following tools and materials:
– the tools belonging to the
Corona process
calibration device
ȩ
8 mm spanner
ȩ
TX 10 and TX 25 screwdrivers
– additionally necessary tools and materials:
ȩ
22 mm spanner
ȩ
6 mm hex wrench
ȩ
Phillips screwdriver PH2 (for older device versions)
ȩ
Cotton gloves
