Chapter 1 Overview
Screen design functions
This section describes convenient functions that facilitate screen designing.
Create tables
The Create Table function can be used to create functional objects of the
same type at the same time in a table format.
An alignment of functional objects can be created by simply specifying the
type, the number of columns, and the number of rows for the functional
objects in the table. An item name, or label can also be attached to the
border of the table.
The Create Table can be used to configure various properties of each
functional object at onetime, and automatically allocate addresses
specifying offset values.
For details, refer to “Creating with a table” in “5.1 Creating a Functional
object”.
Create frames
This is the area that can partially change pages within a screen. A frame
consists of several pages, each containing functional objects that can
change their display contents using the page switch function of the frame.
A frame can contain up to 256 frame pages that can each have pasted
objects.
For instructions on how to create a frame, refer to “4-4 Frames”.
