6.7 Calibration of Navigator and Dashboard screens
If touch function or screen settings are not functioning properly, please follow instructions below.
Switch on the unit while pressing the X button on the foot control. Keep pressing the X button while
the unit is booting.
A display setup menu will appear on the Navigator after start-up. Follow the instructions on the
Navigator to setup touch function and display settings.
Restart unit and check the display and touch settings are correct.
6.8 Electrical safety test – initial start-up
Follow the instructions in “XO Units, Electrical safety test (YB-021).
6.9 Technical settings and adjustments
Tap the technical settings app to finalize the installation.
Note that access to the technical settings app is protected by a pin code.
The pin code is the last four digits of the unit’s serial number in reverse order.
6.9.1 Time and date
Set date and time.
6.9.2 Calibrate the water softener
Determine the water hardness of the incoming water using a water hardness test strip, tap “Water
softener” and adjust the water hardness.
6.9.3 Date of one month follow up
Tap “Next preventive service” and set the date for the first follow up service one month from date of
installation.
6.9.4 Change default password
Access to the computer inside the unit is protected from outside access by a password.
To ensure a proper level of security this password must be changed using the technical settings app.
The new password should be unique and of a decent complexity.
Please write down the password and store it in a safe location for future use.
6.9.5 Adjusting the default air instrument drive air pressure
To adjust the default pressure setting, you will need a test manometer (FA-041) and the air instrument
that will be used with the unit (in most cases a turbine).
1) Attach the test manometer and the air instrument to the coupling of an air instrument hose.
2) Tap “Air instrument”.
