Reception Modes

Adjusting Ringer Volume

The ringer volume can be adjusted according to a suitable level. The
selections are LOW, MED, or HIGH.

Press the Menu

button, then press the 0 + 4 buttons on the keypad.

Then press the Start

button. Ringer volume is the first item

displayed. Press the Start

button.

Use the Up

or Down

button to set the desired loudness.

Press the Clear/Stop

button twice to accept and exit.

Receiving Automatically in FAX Mode

Press the Receive Mode

button until the display indicates FAX.

When a fax call comes in, the machine answers on the designated ring
and receives the fax automatically.

Note: To change the number of rings before the machine answers an
incoming call, see Selectable Options on page 1-62.
