The SendFax Button

This button is used to transmit the selected fax document or the document
associated with the fax job

The Scan Button

If you are using an external fax machine with LaserFAX you can use this to
scan documents into your PC.

The QuickFax Button

This allows you to send a fax without using any other program. See the
QuickFAX screen and on-line Help for more details.

The Phonebook Button

This will display the phonebook. After opening the phonebook, you may
add a new entry or select an existing number from it.
