PROCEDURE

Remove the protection from the valve block (003,

Figure 10-19

Do a check of the lip seal (002). If necessary replace the lip seal.

Make sure that the sealing surfaces of the PCV (001) and of the valve block (003) are
clean and have no damage.

Put the PCV (001) in position of the valve block (003).

Apply Never-Seez NSBT-8 to the screw threads (008).

Put the screws (008) in position in the PCV (001).

Torque the screws (008), refer to section

16.1 Tightening instructions

Tighten the angle union (006).

Connect the electrical connection to the solenoid valve (009).
