Use the slugging wrench 94269A-70 (004) and the hydraulic cylinder (007) to loosen the
coupling nut (010).

Remove the coupling nut (010).

Remove the spring tensioner (015) and the compression spring (014).

13

Remove the nozzle body (011) together with the:

•

Nozzle tip (008).

•

Needle (009)

•

Tappet (013)

NOTE:

The needle (009) and nozzle body (011) are machined together so that their
sealing surfaces have the same differential angle and the same running
clearance. You must keep these items together. If it is necessary to replace the
needle or the nozzle body, you must replace the two items. Do not replace
only one item.
