6.26. Install Upper Dump Chutes and Hoppers

1. If the bin being installed comes equipped with upper dump chutes, install them as shown in

Figure 37

a. Use 5/16” x 1” bin bolts (004178) and 5/16” flanged hex nuts (028002) in all connections.

2. Install the dump hopper chutes to all upper dump chutes using the same procedure as described in

Section

6.25 – Install Lower Dump Chutes and Hoppers on page 69

and referring to the diagram shown in

Section

6.26 – Install Upper Dump Chutes and Hoppers on page 70

a. Use 5/16” x 1” bin bolts (004959) and 5/16” hex nuts (018913) in all connections.

b. Install double nuts on both sides of each dump hopper.
