End User Field of Use
Restriction Agreement
The product you have purchased shall be
used only to perform an Industrial
Marking Application, which shall mean
and include only:
1.An application for creating labels or
other marking directly associated with
articles of manufacture (other tan
markings on items for consumption by
humans or animals, such as capsules or
pills for human ingestion),
packages,
human readable publication (e.g.,
books, magazines and
newspapers); and
2.Wherein the markings are for
identification, pricing, codeing,
marking, and decoration or like
function or purpose; and
3.Wherein the markings are
attachedon the article, package, or
publication byeither direct marking
thereon or by the printing of labels
subsequently applied to the article,
package, or publication; and
4.Wherein the markings are primarily
either barcodes or human-readable
(as opposed to machine readable
Braille, or the like)(”Industrial
Marking Application”). Any
publication not satisfying all four
conditions (1),(2),(3), and (4) is not an
Industrial Marking Application.
Your purchase and/or use of this product
constitutes your aknowledgment and
acceptance of, and your express
agreement to comply with, the above
state Field of Use Restriction. Any other
use of the Produce is prohibited and in
violation of this Field of Use Restriction
Agreement.

supply of this manual or the
equipment to which it applies does
not constitute or imply the transfer
of any rights to any party.
