How do I make a backup of my patches?
Please go to Load > Actions > Export. There, you can select
and export your patches. Please note that the samples
attached to the patches will not be saved automatically.
My MicroSD card is not recognized by the Iridium
Please make sure the MicroSD card is turned upside down
and inserted properly. Also, it should be FAT or FAT32-
formatted. There are no known incompatibilities with any
MicroSD card.
Iridium doesn't recognize the update file, alt-
hough it definetly is located in the top directory
of the MicroSD card.
Please allow a bit of time, sometimes Iridium needs up to a
minute after inserting the MicroSD before it recognizes the
card and the update file. In rare cases, you may try two or
three times. Opening the zip file isn't enough, the Iridi-
um.update.bin file has actually be unpacked. Maybe your
file got corrupted during download, please try downloa-
ding it again.
