system (suction pipe nuts are loose,
leaky connection for measuring
pressure after blower and in pilot
nozzle)
(12) Engine is not warm
enough in winter
(1) Excessive spark
advance
(2) Incorrect setting of
compressed air distributor
(3) Engine is too hot
Burnish and wash points with alcohol
Open fuel shut-off valve
Drive out fuel chamber plug and check
if carburetor is filled with fuel. Make sure no air
is sucked in inlet gasoline line, drain sediment
from sump
Check operability of fuel pump by
disconnecting fuel pipe from fine filter and
rotate airscrew sharply by hands; if pump is
OK, fuel flows from pipe in shots
Drive out, wash and blow jets
Replace filtering element
Check low-tension wiring from selector
switch to magneto and eliminate trouble
Adjust gap to be from 0.25 to 0.35 mm
Clean points of oil and dirt
Check proper connection of spark plug
cables
Blow fuel line, wash filter
Check all joints of suction system for
tightening and presence of seals. Eliminate
leakage
Warm up engine to recommended
temperature
Check and adjust spark advance angle
Adjust compressed air distributor
Cool down engine
