Go to ’Diagnostic’> ’Mono Options’ and in the 0%T Calibration
field, click on the calibration option required as per the table
above.

The ’Starting 0%T Calibration now’ pop up box will appear. Click
’OK’.

The following information boxes will appear.

Place a black piece of paper between the Flow Cell and the
Surround. This will block the bottom light path. Click ’OK’.
Make sure you have only blocked the sample beam.
