5-2. Actual

Load Calibration (Weight Calibration)

Step by step procedures for actual load calibration are as follows:

LOCK(soft) ON

Min.Scale Division

Capacity

Balance Weight

Zero Calibration

Span Calibration

Zero Calibration

LOCK(hard) OFF

Excitation Voltage

LOCK(hard) ON

LOCK(soft) OFF

Decimal Place

(Weight)

Toggle the LOCK switch on the rear panel to OFF
position to enable calibration.

Remove software LOCK to enable calibration.

Select load cell excitation voltage (5 or 10V).

Select the position of decimal point.

Specify the maximum capacity of the scale.

Specify the minimum scale division of the scale.

Specify the load value (balance weight) placed on
the load cell.

Enter initial zero point.

With the weight loaded on the load cell, enter span
value (gain).

If necessary, enter the initial zero point again.

Disable calibration to prevent unauthorized
modification

Toggle the LOCK switch to ON position to disable
calibration, preventing unauthorized modification.
