If the value is much below 5500 RPM, inspect the installation for blockage of
either the air inputs or outputs and correct the situation immediately before the
shutdown occurs to prevent loss of use during a critical presentation.
17.14 Input Parameters

This informational screen indicates the signal characteristics of the currently
selected input image. Note that the number of lines includes the non-visible lines
as well as the visible lines so it therefore could be misleading to someone that
doesn’t have an understanding of the relationship of video and synchronizing
pulses.
17.15 Pixels Stored

This screen shows the total number of pixels present in a single line of video.
The number of pixels per line that can be stored is 1024. If the input signal has
more than 1024 pixels per line (e.g. 2048), the Scaler will sub-sample the line of
video.
17.16 Lines Stored

Lines stored is an informational display showing how many individual lines of
video are currently residing in memory within the Scaler. As with the Pixel
limitation, the maximum allowable number of lines is 1024 and any resolution
above 1024 will force a sub-sampling of the input.
17.17 Fault Screen
If the protection circuits within the Scaler detect a fault condition, the Scaler will
shut down and generate a Fault Screen. Examples of faults include (but aren’t
limited to) over-temperature, Slow Fan Speed, Circuitry Fault, etc.
If the Scaler should exhibit one of these fault alarms, unplug it from the AC power
and feel the case to see if it’s hot to the touch. If so, the fault will not clear until
the unit has cooled down. If hot to the touch, allow the unit to cool to room
