C2-5000 Series Universal Scaler Operation Manual

Step Two: Selecting the Test Card name and Number

You should accept the current file name or change it. (This is the name that the
testcard fill will be assigned). Finally select the test card number and click the
“OK” button.

Note that testcard number 1 will be displayed as the default and the last number
shown is the next blank testcard memory location. If you fail to select the last
number as the testcard number desired, the testcard in position number 1 will be
overwritten. Note also that there is not an unlimited amount of testcard storage
space available within the Scaler’s memory structure. If you load several large
files into the Scaler’s memory, you will eventually reach the point where the
Scaler will be unable to accept new testcards. Choose large files carefully
therefore and only store those you feel will be used.
