CAT® Spacer Assembly

PARTS

INSTRUCTIONS

3380G 8 EA

1. Assemble the CAT® Spacer Channel (Part UU) between the CAT® 12

Gauge, Slotted Guardrail-1 as shown above.

2. Ensure the gusset plates on shown in the CAT® Spacer Channel

Orientation Detail above are facing Post 2.

3. Tighten all threaded hardware to a snug position with a minimum of two (2)

bolt threads protruding beyond the nut.

are  specified  herein  for  the  CAT®
for  assembling,  maintaining,  or
repairing the CAT®.  Do not utilize
or otherwise commingle parts from
other  systems  even  if  those
systems  are  Trinity  Highway
systems.

WARNINGS

Ensure the Spacer Channel CAT® is assembled per the

Spacer Channel CAT® Orientation Detail. Failure to follow this

warning could result in serious injury or death in the event of a

vehicle impact with the system
