CAT® 10 Gauge Side Plate Assembly

1. Assemble the CAT® 10 Gauge Side Plates (Part G) as shown above.
2. Ensure the CAT® 10 Gauge Side Plates are assembled on the inside of
the CAT® 10 Gauge Nose Plate and the outside of the CAT® 12 Gauge,
Slotted Guardrail-1.
3. Tighten all threaded hardware to a snug position with a minimum of two (2)
bolt threads protruding beyond the nut.

Use only Trinity Highway parts that
are specified herein for the CAT®
for assembling, maintaining, or
repairing the CAT®. Do not utilize
or otherwise commingle parts from
other systems even if those
systems are Trinity Highway
systems.
WARNINGS
Ensure the CAT® 10 Gauge Side Plates are assembled on the
inside of the CAT® 10 Gauge Nose Plate and the outside of
the CAT® 12 Gauge, Slotted Guardrail-1. Failure to follow this
warning could result in serious injury or death in the event of a
vehicle impact with the system
