CAT® 10 Gauge Nose Plate Assembly

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Assemble the CAT® 10 Gauge Nose Section as shown above.
2. Assemble the CAT® 10 Gauge Nose Plate (Part M), Wood Offset Blocks
Post 1 (Part J), and Bent Plate Sleeve Post 1 (Part OO) to Post 1 as
shown above.
3. Ensure Rectangular Washers (Part LL) are placed between the Bolt Head
(Part R) and CAT® 10 Gauge Nose Plate and the Nut (Part BB) and the
CAT® 10 Gauge Nose Plate.
4. Tighten all threaded hardware to a snug position with a minimum of two (2)
bolt threads protruding beyond the nut.
5. Cut off excess Bolt Threads (Part R) and peen excess threads.
