4.4 Wire Pulling Mechanism and Coiling Pan

Precise heavy-duty pulling mechanism consists of wire straightener, encoder mechanism,

two working in sync stepping motors and pneumatic cutter. The cut wire exits the machine and is
automatically coiled for easy handling. The wire enters from the inlet guide on the left wall of
the cabinet, continues through the wire sensor and straightener into encoder mechanism, goes
inside the height-adjustable wire channel to the pulling mechanism and then through the wire
guide, cutter and exit tube into the coiling pan (Fig.4.9). Additional set of wire guides is provided
for the thick wires. Standard system handles the wires with up to 10mm diameter.
